What do you do when you meet the cutest couple and the most vivacious wedding party ever? YOU TAKE A LOT OF FABULOUS PICTURES!!! The day started with us driving up to the Cochrane RancheHouse early to find this amazing Grandfather tree and that we did!! I wanted to find something really unique as CJ and Tom were really disappointed that there was no snow on the ground. On the way up the trail by the river we not only found the tree….WE FOUND SNOW!!! I was so exited I texted a few shots to my bride and let’s just say she was tickled “white”!!! If you look at the images of the tree you will realize how steep the hill was. They hike up it like they were in their sneakers!! Now that’s my kind of couple!!

I love shooting at the Cochrane RancheHouse. It’s one of my favourite venues! The day amazing. Easy going, with light hearts and lots of laughter. I don’t think I witnessed my couple getting stressed once!! I knew during their engagement that it was going to be a fun day but I was pleasantly surprised that their wedding party had the same attractive charisma. They love to have a good time! It was our first wedding of the season and I don’t think we could have asked for a better couple to kick the year off.

That being said….I need to stop typing because I know for a fact that CJ is waiting for me to publish this blog!!!!

CJ & Tom…I don’t have to tell you that you are a perfect match. You and everyone around you know it!! Just keep being you and know that we were so happy to be a small part of your big day. Lots of love – Shawna, Mike & Stephan.
